The city of Chelsea, Massachusetts, has a bit of a notorious history associated with it. In 1908, nearly half of the city burned to the ground in what is now known as the First Great Chelsea Fire. Then in 1973, the Second Great Chelsea Fire burned nearly 18 city blocks. Chelsea was also the birthplace of Albert DeSalvo, the so-called Boston Strangler.
