Colonial Pest Control has been the Gold standard for residential pest control in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for over 40 years, providing service to over 14,000 satisfied customers on contract.
The Gold Plan Preventative Maintenance Program includes:
- Treatment to the foundation, under decks, behind shutters, around accessible doors and window, accessible eaves and rooflines.
- Two effective, affordable exterior treatments per year to save you time and money, and minimize pesticide exposure.
- Provides preventative treatment and coverage throughout the year for a variety of household pests. (See below for list)
- No additional cost services should pest issues arise in your home for covered pests.*
Our Gold Plan provides two treatments at optimal times of the active pest season for a constant barrier of protection around the exterior perimeter of your home. We treat the key areas where pests would find entry into your home, or find refuge for nesting on your home. We utilize the latest in technology, including using micro-encapsulated materials which maintain a long residual, keeping your home protected all pest season.

OPTION 2: THE PLATINUM PLAN
Colonial Pest Control’s Platinum Plan provides all of the value, service, and protection of the Gold Plan and extends the scope to includes tick control and prevention.
The Platinum Plan includes:
- The Gold Plan exterior structural services and coverage for listed pests.*
- Targeted treatments to key areas around your property where ticks live and breed.
- Professional consultation and plan development to reduce risks of ticks on your property.

Our state licensed specialists visit your location twice per year and customize a plan to prevent pests from occupying your home as their own. Colonial Pest’s Platinum Preventative Maintenance Program provides all of the value and service of the Gold plan and also provides treatments for ticks on your property. Twice per year, your service specialist will apply long lasting residual materials to targeted areas where we know ticks live and breed. Our highly trained technicians will assess the risk areas of your property and develop a target treatment plan tailored for your home. We will also communicate any further recommendations we might have to help you prevent ticks from posing a risk to your family where they live and play.
Tick Control for our residential customers in New England has been growing in importance in recent years. Not only are tick populations on the rise in our region, but the variety of dangerous ticks is also increasing. Ticks may intrude on your yard by way of small rodents and birds, deer, or even the neighborhood dog or cat walking through. The Platinum Plan aims to target the areas where ticks develop within leaf litter and dense vegetation as well as the tall grasses and bushes from which ticks “quest” for their next host. We treat these and other areas with a customized plan for your yard at a reasonable price. The Platinum Plan offers our customers the comfort of knowing you have the upper hand when it come to preventing pests at your house and ticks in your yard. While there is no plan on the market which can completely eliminate ticks from entering your yard, we have crafted the Platinum Plan to give you the best opportunity to halt tick development in its tracks. We treat the foundation of your home, under decks, and structural posts and pillars. We treat around accessible doors and windows, behind shutters, along accessible eaves and rooflines, and at penetrations where pests may enter. Sheds and detached structures may also be included for the treatment. We inspect for conducive conditions around the home as well, and address potential pest issue with you. The Gold Plan and Platinum Plan offer coverage for a variety of crawling and flying insects. Treatment for rats and mice inside of your home is also covered as requested. In the instances where a pest problem does develop, our maintenance service ensures that we will be there to solve the issue at no additional cost (see agreement for pests covered).
