Today Jim came out to my house for my first visit to treat for carpenter ants. Not only was he very nice, he is extremely knowledgable about his job! I did not have too many questions for him, since your website is very detailed, but he still went over the procedures with me, and really made me feel like he was going to solve my problem TODAY.
