The Program
The Preventative Maintenance Program ensures a protective layer between your home and the pests which want to invade it. Our program includes two automatic exterior treatments where technicians expertly customize the service to your home. We treat the foundation and ground around the foundation for crawling invaders such as Carpenter Ants and small household ants like pavement ants and odorous house ants. We prevent beetles, millipedes, centipedes, and more. We treat around accessible doors and window, under accessible soffits and rooflines, and other places where pests may nest on or infest your home. We protect against stinging wasps, spiders, and earwigs. We cover treatment inside your home for fleas, cockroaches, and pantry pests. Our program even provides coverage for rats and mice inside your home!
